Rome was a city built on the tradition of courage, strength, victory and growth. A city that has fallen so many times from the activities of bad leadership but has never failed to rise again with great growth.
Nigeria, our Rome, I hope you will rise from the fall that bad leadership and wickedness of your people has caused you.
Let’s ask ourselves this simple question “WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
As a politician who believes in propagating lies and deception to win the peoples heart by making promises that you will never fulfill. You deceive them to get their votes and punish them with under-performance for their carelessness in believing your words even when you don’t believe yourself. “WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
Mr. Governor, who got into power by the mandate of the people but changed to a gladiator raising armed boys to terrorize the people that made him. With no time His armed boys became terrorists grown beyond his control and now an agent of destruction throwing bombs all around the city.
All that is known about you is foreign trips while your state is under-developed coupled with great number of unemployed youths.
“WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
Service chief, who swore allegiance to the nation to protect its territories from falling into the hands of the enemies of the state but who now waste the lives of the soldiers in the war front against insurgency because they are less equipped.
Our military has never lack fund since the beginning of our democratic dispensation not to talk of their reign in government but so surprising and shocking to see insurgents more sophisticated than they do even after decades since we fought any war as a nation. “WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
As spiritual leader in Rome your roles and responsibilities is to lead the people in the ways of God teaching them about godliness, love and peace, it is however pathetic to see you forgot the commission which is ‘Seek first the kingdom of God and its righteousness and every other thing will be added unto you’.
They are not bold enough to speak truth to power because they are prayer contractors to our politicians and are compensated with waivers, private jets and appointments. “WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
The youth who are expected to be ready for leadership and shape the nation right with their vibrancy and innovative thinking but are so cheap that all they could do is endorse candidates for electoral positions when they should be the candidates in the normal self.
National association of Nigerian student (NANS) is worse of it as they are known as political tools and a youth wing of a known political party. “WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
Mr. President, the Emperor of Rome, in whom the power to make and may the growth of the nation lies by His actions, words and commitment. But, I doubt if this can be said of Him when his words cannot be trusted, His actions so deceptive to the people and has no commitment to stop the looting and mere stealing as he calls it.
He surrounds Himself with the killers of Rome and the Vampires (Blood sucking demons) of the city. They dine in the name conferences and seminars while the citizens go hungry from the effect of corruption and insecurity in the land.
“WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
Evil will flourish and triumph if good men and women do nothing, what are you doing to safe Rome from bad leadership and “WHAT IS OUR ROLE IN THE FALL OF ROME”?
Nigeria shall rise again.
