We Have Accepted Dialogue With Boko Haram – FG
Minister of Information, Labaran Maku made the revelation on Wednesday in an audience with journalists in Abuja
“We have accepted dialogue as a way of bringing the (insecurity) situation to an end as quickly as possible. We have always called on those engaging in violence to stop because violence can’t solve any problem. So we welcome the decision to dialogue,” Maku said.
It would be recalled the Voice of America, VOA reported a few days ago that a man simply identified as Abu Mohammed, claiming to be the deputy leader of Boko Haram confirmed to its reporter in Makkah that the sect is currently engaged in a negotiation with the FG.
