Vote Rochas’ Club Appoints Jude Ejiogu State Patron Amidst Jubilation
The Chief of Staff and Commissioner for Special Duties in Imo State, Sir Jude Ejiogu has been appointed the state Patron of Vote Rochas’ Club.
Sir Ejiogu’s appointment as Patron of the club at the New Banquet Hall, Government House Owerri on Friday, May 9th, 2014 was graced with thunderous ovation of acceptance from men and women of integrity from all walks of life symbolizing his saleable antecedents which will go a long way in ensuring that the association achieves its objectives.
Presenting the Patron-ship award symbol to the Chief of Staff, Sir Ejiogu, the State Coordinator of the club, Rev. (Dr.) S.E Nwulu said that the appointment was necessitated by his quality service obviously been experienced by all Imolites pointing out that the club is sure of his ability to take the association to an enviable height.
Rev. Nwulu further maintained that Sir Ejiogu has proven his mettle in handling public position creditably well and called on all leaders in the state to emulate him.
In his speech also, Governor Rochas Okorocha commended leadership of the club for selecting people of integrity like the COS, saying that Sir Ejiogu’s contribution for the development of the state since the inception of the rescue mission government cannot be over emphasized.
Governor Okorocha while thanking members of the club for their massive support to his administration even without expecting any gratification from him further admonished all Imolites to always make sacrifice that would go a long way in transforming the state.
He therefore described the Chief of Staff, Sir Ejiogu as a man that possesses high level of humility, who has done everything possible in assisting the government to succeed and advised other leaders to in the state to tour the same line of humbleness and support.
