Victory In Bye-Elections Is Demonstration Of Trust By Nigerians – APC

The ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), has described the party’s victory in last weekend’s bye-elections as a demonstration of the confidence and trust by the people in the President Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.
Bye-elections were held in Katsina north and Bauchi south senatorial districts and the Lokoja/Kogi federal constituency of the House of Representatives at which APC candidates won the three seats.
A statement by the party’s acting national publicity secretary, Yekini Nabena, said the APC remains genuinely committed to addressing its challenges, reconciling all aggrieved interests to make it a stronger political fighting force ahead of the 2019 general elections.
The party noted that president Buhari has demonstrated the political will and remains solidly committed to the task of building a new Nigeria in line with the change agenda
