Police Arrests Lead Suspect In US Terror Attack

The lead suspect in the recent bomb attacks in New York City and New Jersey, Ahmad Khan Rahami, has been arrested in the town of Linden, New Jersey.

The BBC reports that Rahami, 28, was taken into custody following a shootout with police in Linden, New Jersey. He is undergoing surgery for a gunshot wound.

The FBI said no other suspect was being sought over the weekend’s blasts.

Linden Mayor Derek Armstead said a bar owner had found the suspect sleeping in his vestibule and reported him to police.

When a police officer went to investigate and wake him, he realised he resembled the man in the wanted poster, the mayor said.

“Within moments the suspect fired on him. Thank God he had his vest on.”

The injured police officers are “ok and safe”, Mr Armstead said.

Police are investigating Mr. Rahami’s connection to the detonation of a bomb in the Chelsea area of New York City, another unexploded pressure cooker bomb in Chelsea, and a pipe bomb in Elizabeth, New Jersey. Other reports have stated that Mr. Rahami may be part of a terror cell that has been activated in the New York-New Jersey area.

Truck Crushes 60 To Death In Suspected Terror Attack In France

Sixty people have been killed while several were injured after a van rammed into a crowd marking Bastille Day in the French Riviera resort on Thursday.

Security forces and ambulances raced to the scene, and authorities from the local Alpes-Maritimes prefecture urged residents to stay indoors.

One eyewitness reported seeing the driver slam the lorry into revellers celebrating Bastille Day on the city’s famous Promenade des Anglais.

He then emerged from the vehicle and started shooting, local resident Wassim Bouhlel told news agency AP.

“There was carnage on the road, dead bodies everywhere,” he said.

The BBC reports that shots were exchanged between the police and the occupants of the lorry.

A journalist with the Nice Matin newspaper reported from the scene that there was “a lot of blood and without doubt many injured”.

An Agence France-Presse reporter said the incident took place as the firework display was ending, adding: “We saw people hit and bits of debris flying around.”

Another image on Twitter showed a white lorry stopped in the middle of the promenade with damage to its front, and four police officers observing it while taking cover behind a palm tree.

An AFP reporter described seeing a white van driving at high speed onto the famed Promenade des Anglais as people were leaving after the annual Bastille Day celebration display.

“We saw people hit and bits of debris flying around,” he said, adding that the incident took place near the city’s famed Hotel Negresco.

Terrified pedestrians screamed as they fled the area. “It was absolute chaos,” he said.

A huge security cordon was established closing off the central Place Massena by 2330 GMT, another AFP correspondent said.

Islamic State Claims Responsibility for Paris Terror Attacks That Killed 127

The Islamic State militant group has claimed responsibility for simultaneous attacks on six Paris locations late Friday night that killed at least 127 people. Assailants used automatic weapons and detonated suicide vests in the attacks, wounding roughly 200 more.

The terrorist group issued a statement Saturday, saying the attacks were in response to airstrikes against IS.

French President Francois Hollande on Saturday declared three days of national mourning following the attacks across the capital city. The French leader blamed the Islamic State group for the night of horror and called the attacks “an act of war.”

Vowing to hunt down the attackers, Hollande said, “France will triumph over this barbarity.” He called an emergency Cabinet meeting and mobilized France’s security forces at the “highest levels.”

People across France woke up Saturday to a nationwide state of emergency. Eight terrorists were killed, but it was not clear whether there might be more insurgents or accomplices lurking in Paris neighborhoods.

Hollande asked Paris residents to stay inside Saturday. Those who venture out are finding many stores closed and a ramped-up security presence, with 1,500 soldiers deployed to the French capital’s streets.

Borders closed

The president ordered France’s borders closed – an unprecedented act in 21st-century Europe. However, the main airport remains open and trains are still running.

On Friday night, as many as 100 people died at the Bataclan concert hall when at least three gunmen opened fire with automatic weapons before taking scores of people hostage. Police later stormed the building, killing at least one attacker. Others may have died in suicide bombings.

At least 1,000 people were in the Bataclan audience, where a performance by an American band was interrupted by rapid gunfire. Many people escaped during the shootout.

Fatalities were also reported in other parts of Paris. One of the first explosions was just outside a sports stadium where Hollande and a large crowd were watching a football (soccer) match between the French and German national teams.

The blast was felt inside the stadium. Police evacuated Hollande from the stadium, but when play was stopped many people in the crowd ran onto the field and huddled in fear.

Several other explosions took place in that area and officials say at least one may have been a suicide bombing.

Elsewhere in the French capital, several people were killed at a Cambodian restaurant. Attacks also reported at cafes.

Hundreds wounded

Authorities say about 200 people were wounded Friday, 80 of them seriously.

In Washington, President Barack Obama said the United States was ready to help in any way possible.

He called the coordinated attacks in Paris an “outrageous attempt to terrorize civilians.” Vice President Joe Biden said “such savagery can never threaten who we are.”

Secretary of State John Kerry described the attacks as “heinous, evil” and “vile.”

Defense Secretary Ash Carter said “the horrific and barbaric attacks in Paris were more than an attack on the nation or people of France – they were an assault on our common human dignity.”

U.S. officials said the embassy in France has been checking on the safety of all Americans in Paris. However, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security said in the U.S. capital that there was “no specific or credible threat to the United States.” But security has been stepped up in some major U.S. cities as a precaution.

In a letter to President Hollande, European Council President Donald Tusk said “We will ensure that the tragic, shameful act of terrorism against Paris fails in its purpose: to divide, to frighten, and to undermine liberty, equality and fraternity, the values that make France a great nation.”

Britain’s Prime Minister David Cameron said on Twitter, “We will do whatever we can do to help.” He said he was shocked by the events in Paris and his thoughts and prayers are with the French people.

‘Despicable terrorist attacks’

At the United Nations, a spokesman said Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon “condemns the despicable terrorist attacks” and “demands the immediate release of the numerous individuals reportedly being held hostage in the Bataclan theater.”

120 Killed In Coordinated Terror Attacks In Paris

France has declared a national state of emergency and has closed its borders after at least 120 people were killed in gun and bomb attacks in Paris.

Some 80 people are reported to have died at the Bataclan concert hall in central Paris.

Gunmen took many hostages there before being overpowered by police.

Others died in a reported suicide blast near the Stade de France and gun attacks on city centre restaurants. Seven attackers are reported killed.

Paris residents have been asked to stay indoors and about 1,500 military personnel are being deployed across the city.

The deadliest attack appears to have targeted the Bataclan concert hall, with unconfirmed reports saying that some concert-goers were shot after being taken hostage. Police sources told AFP news agency that at least 100 people had died there.

Speaking after arriving at the concert hall, President Francois Hollande said the attackers would be fought “without mercy”.

At least three gunmen are reported to have been killed at the venue.

Attack sites:

Bataclan concert venue, 50 boulevard Voltaire, 11th district – hostages held
Le Carillon, 18 rue Alibert, 10th district – gun attack
Le Petit Cambodge, 20 rue Alibert, 10th district – gun attack
La Belle Equipe, 92 rue de Charonne, 11th district – gun attack
Near Stade de France, St Denis, just north of Paris – reported suicide bombing near venue as France v Germany football match played
Reports of gunfire at at least two other sites

US President Barack Obama spoke of “an outrageous attempt to terrorise innocent civilians”.

UK PM David Cameron said he was shocked and pledged to do “whatever we can to help”.

It Is Time For Igbo Leaders, Intellectuals, Media To Condemn Nnamdi Kanu And His Terror Broadcast

By Peregrino Brimah

We have gone down this path too many times. The narrative is always the same; first there is a true agitation, usually shared by the 99% poor across the nation, continent and indeed the world; then a group singles itself out as the one targeted most in the oppression and finally a lunatic picks up the “cause” and declares open terror.

We saw it with Boko Haram. When the terror group first started, they claimed that “Boko was Haram,” that it was western education being “Haram” (evil) that was the root cause of poverty, suffering and disenfranchisement in the north. Mohammed Yusuf claimed to be a crusader for the poor and cajoled their trust and loyalty. One trigger (government miscalculation) and the reign of terror was upon us. Boko Haram is today the most deadly terror group in the entire world. Boko Haram ended up turning a bearable poverty situation into a horrific tragedy beyond repair; one of the largest human disasters of modern days with the second largest displaced population in the entire world today.

It happened in the so-called south-south. There was true agitation, as is shared across Nigeria. There were the poor and the poisoned, as also occurs across Nigeria. Ken Saro-Wiwa first picked up the struggle legitimately and with legitimate means. He was assassinated. Next MEND (Movement for Emancipation of the Niger Delta) slipped into the shoes as the so-called crusaders for the disenfranchised people of the Niger Delta. Terror was the order of the day with deaths and economic terror leading to thousands of deaths across the entire nation and indeed the world as MEND shut down Nigeria’s oil export and consequently raised global oil prices and caused deadly suffering in poor countries outside Nigeria’s shores. All MEND ended up doing was rendering the Niger Delta youth partially useless — stipend dependent and highly unstable. The Niger Delta remained one of the worst ecological wrecks on earth with Bayelsa listed as the most polluted piece of land on the planet.

Our Failure To Condemn

At the heart of these two historical tragedies was one single denominator: the failure of intellectuals, leaders of thought, the media and conscientious humans in Nigeria and abroad to quickly condemn these fake emancipators, promptly.

We left it to our government to tackle; and even if our government has ever been capable of fully understanding the crisis they were partly or wholly responsible for, and as determined as they should be to tackle it promptly, it would be very hard for them to resolve it by themselves.

In the western world, all arms of society help tackle such menaces. The media properly categorizes terrorists and terrorists in the making from true freedom fighters and resolutely condemns them regardless of the strength and legitimacy of their cause. A terrorist is a terrorist regardless of covering. Or perhaps we should say, cut the terrorist regardless of the cloth. Leaders of thought and intellectuals are quick to join the government in roundly condemning the terrorist fraudulent freedom fighters.

We can already see that in contrast to what is emanating from most of Nigeria, foreign media have properly queried “Radio Biafra” in a recent release from International Business Times UK, with the necessary question, “Is Nnamdi Kanu a fraud.” This article goes to investigate the personality of Nnamdi Kanu (which by the way is said to not be his real name) and his Radio Biafra hate-speech station and query its authenticity versus it being a money making scam from the east. We must appreciate Nigerian activists like Kayode Ogundamisi and a handful of others and some editorials for advertising the reality and real questions about Radio Biafra. Of course at the other end of the spectrum we have rascals like Femi Fani-Kayode who the media unprofessionally gives space and the DSS gives freedom to advocate for terrorist Kanu.

But where are the Igbo leaders of thought? Where are the decent Igbos who Nnamdi Kanu and his terror station claim to represent? Where are the intellectuals from the east to roundly condemn this fraudster who is deviating the true agitation of the noble people of the east?

Nnamdi Kanu Is A Terrorist According To International Laws And Nigeria’s Anti-Terror Act

Nnamdi Kanu is a dangerous terrorist as I have mentioned before. No country will grant him freedom or bail to continue openly inciting violence against the government and innocent Nigerians; not even Ghana. He is on video harassing innocent northern peasants living in Anambra. His is on tape calling for the murder of innocent Nigerian soldiers in revenge for the alleged murder of three protesters this August end. He is on audio tape recruiting various terrorists and acclaimed manufacturers of laser weapons to use against Nigeria. He has called for the murder of Igbo chiefs and southern leaders including Chief Sylvester O. Dimunah, Rotimi Amaechi, Governor Obiano and many others. Thank God conscientious Igbos on the ground did not heed the calls. He is on tape supporting a so-called Igbo who promised to kill a random “Hausa” man in the east to provoke chaos. All these recordings and videos can be retrieved here: http://newsrescue.com/list-of-terrorism-charges-against-arrested-radio-biafra-leader-nnamdi-kanu/#axzz3p32NDtVm

View Conditions In Nigeria Anti-Terror Act: http://www.loc.gov/law/foreign-news/article/nigeria-senate-house-approve-anti-terrorism-bill/

Further, Nnamdi Kanu is a thief who stole “Radio Biafra” and the “IPOB” organization from the true, responsible elders (Retired Justice Eze Ozubu and co) who he admitted established it.

Self-Determination Via Legal Cause

While I personally support an intellectual referendum to see what the 5 igbo states or any others in addition, truly desire and for them to be granted what they vote, there is no question that the terrorist, blood hungry Nnamdi Kanu is recruiting irrational and unintellectual, broken youth to enrich himself and damage any true cause for self determination, true federalism or otherwise of the Igbo nation.

By remaining silent, Nigeria’s intellectuals, leaders especially unfortunately implicated Igbo are making the error northern leaders made when their silence enabled the successful entrenchment of Boko Haram in their land. The result is our bloody history and hope not again our future.

Independence Day Message To President Buhari And Nigerian Citizens – Muslims Against Terror

In The Name of Allah (the God), The Most Merciful, The Most Forgiver.

Assalamualykum (we greet you in peace).

On this day, Nigeria’s 55th independence day, we, the Muslims against Terror organization, wish to commend Nigeria on its successful democratic transition. We send our best regards and hearty greetings to President Muhammadu Buhari and his Vice, Attorney Yemi Osinbajo. We wish you God’s blessings and the wisdom to lead the nation to its true great destiny.

Our commitment as an organization of Nigerian Muslims against Terror is to the defeat and eradication of terror across Nigeria and the entire world.

We express our deep regrets to the Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari and the Nigerian Citizens over the indiscriminate terrorist attacks of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic State of Iraq and Syria or Levant (ISIS OR ISIL) and affiliates to al-Qaeda Terrorists organizations committed against innocent people in North- East Nigeria, African and other parts of the world.

These groups; “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorists organization have misused and abused Islam in order to fit their own radical and indeed “Anti-Islamic Agenda”, and their actions are criminal, they are truly misguided and act counter to the true teachings of Islam.

These Radical terrorists groups “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to Al-Qaeda terrorists organization are not in any way part of Islam, but are enemy number one of Islam, and Muslims are their first victims in Nigeria, Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, and around the world.

The “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda Terrorists organization poses danger to Islam and Muslims, tarnishing its image as they shed innocent blood, attack Churches, Mosques, government properties and spread corruption in Nigeria, Chad, Syria, Iraq etc and other parts of the world.

The “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organization have directed and inspired attacks around the world. The groups’ declaration of a “Caliphate” “Islamic State”, Last June (2014) marked the launch of its global strategy which has resulted in attacks that killed scores of innocent civilians, horrified populations and raised thorny questions about the evolving nature of international terrorism and “what can be done to fight it”.

The activities of the above global terrorists attacks in more than a dozen countries include:

  • In Nigeria: The “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA), or (ISIS) attacks in Nigeria were one of three major terrorist attacks globally and the most deadly; about 2500 Muslims Community were killed in Baga on January of 2015, and other suicide bombings killing and injured many more innocents in North-Eastern Nigeria and across Chad, Cameroon and Niger.
  • Tunisia: “ISIS” drew an assault rifle at a beach and killed at least 38 people at the seaside resort on 26 July 2015.
  • Kuwait: An “ISIS” suicide bomber blew himself up inside a Mosque during communal prayers, killing at least 30 people; with over 200 Shiite worshippers injured on 26 July 2015.
  • Iraq: “ISIS” attacked more than 80 people killed in Eid Al-fitr bombing in Khan Bani Saad, Iraq on 17 July 2015. They have killed many more in different events in the country.
  • Syria: “ISIS” blew up part of the Temple of Bel in the ancient Syrian city of Palmyra and continue to conduct many more attacks.
  • Saudi Arabia: An “ISIS” Suicide bomber blew himself up inside a Mosque belonging to the state security force; 13 people died and 9 others were injured, on August 6, 2015; also on May 22, 2015, an “ISIS” suicide bomber detonated himself killing 21 people with many others injured at Imam Ali Mosque in the Persian Guif Area village of Qudayh, in one of Saudi Arabia’s few Shiite population centers.

The list goes on…

We Muslims are prominent victims of the terrorists group of “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and affiliate to al-Qaeda terrorists organization in the world.

A terrorist attack on one country is an attack on humanity as a whole. All nations of the world must work together to Identify the perpetrators and bring them to Justice.

One of the central tactics of Islamic extremists groups “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) in Nigeria in particular has been to stroke sectarian hatred between Muslims groups, Christians and Jews etc.

The brutal Acts of “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) in the name of Islam is why Islam is linked with terrorism in the mind of those who do not know Islam. We the Muslims Against Terror organization, other Muslim brothers, Christians, and Jews in Faith believe that most people in the world are educated enough to know “these monstrous group,” “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria  (ISIS), and affiliate to al-Qaeda terrorists Organization, know they don’t belong to Islam.

The activities of above terrorists groups are against Islamic Rules, Principles and Islam’s way of dealing with humanity.

Any Muslim who commits an act of terrorism would be guilty of violating the law of Islam. For God says in the Quran, “Believers fulfill your covenant” (Holy Quran 5:1) etc “do not commit murder”.

We the Muslims Against Terror organization totally condemn the killings, attacks of the Islamist extremists of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates and partners to al-Qaeda terrorists organization in the world. We totally condemn them and urge all Muslims to equally condemn these activities that are against all humanist and Islamic morals.

We condemn and oppose all aggression on human life, freedom, and dignity anywhere in the world. As Muslims, we condemn terrorism and all its forms and manifestations.

Ours is a religion of peace. We are sick and tired of Islamic Extremist of “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorists organization dictating the “public face of Islam”

It is wrong to kill innocent people. It’s also wrong to praise those who kill innocent people!

The Holy Quran declares, whoever kills a human being … then it is as though he has killed all mankind, and whoever saves a human life, it is as though he had saved all mankind (Quran, Surah al Maidah (5) verse (32)).

As Muslims we must face up to our responsibility to clarify and advocate a faith- based, righteous and moral position with regard to this problem, especially when terrorist acts are perpetrated in the name of Islam.

We call upon our leaders in Nigeria and other part of the world to recognize that in order to rid the world of the ugliness of terrorism of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorists organizations, our nations must understand its root causes.

We hold out the hope that these root causes can be addressed through non-violent means, in a way that promotes peace and harmony between the nations of the world.

Through our collective efforts, we must ensure that all counter terrorism actions and policies are consistent with international human right and humanitarian laws.

The commitment that the Nigeria terror group “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic state of Iraq or Syria (ISIS) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organization will end in three months by the Nigerian president Muhammadu Buhari is welcome by we Muslims Against terror, other Muslims brothers and Nigerian Citizens, but we the Muslims Against terror organization and other Muslims brother in the world wish to advise the Nigerian President Muhammadu Buhari that the Islamic Insurgence of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organization cannot end in three months without the government of Nigeria establishing for the “war on terrorism” to know the root causes and sponsors of the Islamic extremist of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organization and its sponsors, in Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, Niger etc and other parts of the world.

Terrorists and their sponsors must be brought to Justice in an impartial court of law and (punished) appropriately. “As a Muslim” it is our responsibility to be very clear that these actions of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorists organization do not have anything to do with Islam and deserve the full and impartial punishment of the law.

We, the Muslims Against Terror and other Muslim brothers therefore call on the Nigerian government and Nigerian citizens to rise up against all those who have confessed knowing the sponsors of the terror groups of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organizations that has diminished us, killing, abducting our men and women and made Nigeria to be one of the worst in recorded history, cases of terrorism in the world.

It is necessary for the President Muhamadu Buhari and the Security Agencies to apprehend the true perpetrators of these crimes, as well as those who aid and abet them through incitement, financing, or other support of “Boko Haram” or Islamic State West Africa (ISWA) or Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organization in North-Eastern Nigeria, Chad, Cameroon, etc and the rest of the world.

It is a very serious situation and we have to close ranks as Muslims, Christians and Jews to identify them and report them to appropriate authorities. We have to close ranks as Nigerians, irrespective of ethnic or political differences, and not play politics with insecurity.

No political cause could ever be assisted by such immoral acts of “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West African (ISWA) also known as Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS).

We the Muslims Against Terror and other Muslim brothers urge the Nigerian Government to Join with American, United Kingdom, Russia, Iran, France, Saudi Arabia and any truly committed nation in calling for the swift apprehension and punishment of the perpetrators.

Islam is the Religion of Justice and guidance. For it is written in the Quran:

“O ye who believe! Stand out firmly for justice as witnesses to Allah, even as against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, and whether it be (against) rich or poor, for Allah can best protect both. Follow not the lusts of your hearts), last ye swerve, and it ye distort (Justice) or decline to do Justice, verily Allah is well-acquainted with all that ye do. (Holy Quran 4:35).

Islam commands that justice be upheld, “O ye who believe! Stand out firmly for Allah, as witness to fair dealing, and let not the hatred of others to you make you swerve to wrong and depart from justice. Be just, that is next to piety, and fear Allah, for Allah is well acquainted with all that ye do (Quran 5:8).

We are hopeful with the initiative by Russia to enter Syria and combat ISIS head on. This is the duty of all peace loving people of the world today and an action we have continuously strongly urged. ISIS is not a threat only to Iraq, Syria, Tunisia, Nigeria and other nations where its terror has been felt; ISIS is a terror to the entire world and future of humanity.

In response to the New Audio Message released by an impostor acting as “Abubakar Shekau”, released on Monday 21st Sept. 2015,

We wish to advise the social Media networks, and other online outlets both local and international networks fascinated with “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa, (ISWA) also known as Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) to be weary of spreading propaganda Messages, releasing fake Audio Message on Youtube, etc. for late “Boko Haram” leader Imam Abubakar Shekau.

The Leader of “Boko Haram” Imam Abubakar Shekau is Dead! He died in 2013, and we the Muslims Against terror with international think-tanks, have released statements to this effect and advised all local and international media on the “Shekau”mimposters.

See Link: Warning, Fake Videos of Boko Haram Shekau are Evil propaganda.

http://muslimsagainstterror.com/warning-fake-videos-of-boko-haram-shekau-are-evil-propaganda/

These people spreading these fake stories are very wicked mischief –maker, you need to beware of the “Anti-war on terrorism”.

Allah (S) hates the mischief –makers on the land as Quran says, “…and seek by means of what Allah has given you the future abode, and do not neglect your portion of this word, and do good (to others) as Allah has done good to you, and do not seek to make mischief in the land, surely Allah does not love the mischief-makers.” (Quran 28:77)

We the Muslims Against Terror, Nigerian Citizens, and other Muslims brother are united against these Islamic Extremists of “Boko Haram” against terrorism, against all their atrocities, against destroyed Churches, Mosques, government properties, against pain, suffering of innocent people killed, against the kidnap of men and women, enslaving them and the forcing of women into unlawful marriages; and the abduction of the Chibok student girls by “Boko Haram” or Islamic state of West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorist organization in North-Eastern Nigeria, Chad, Syria, Iraq, and the rest of the world.

We were saddened by the “military action of the last government led by president Goodluck Jonathan over some “military commanders” in the extra-judicial killing of innocent people in the North-Eastern Nigeria, as the fight by the military against “Boko Haram” and also incensed by the killing of 33 people, including the children of a Sheikh cleric Leader sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, during a peaceful Muslim in usual annual procession on Zaria last year 26 July, 2014.

We urge the President, Muhammadu Buhari and the new Army chief Buratai to conduct a full and honest investigation into the extra-judicial executions of some “Military commanders” in Nigeria. And the killing of 33 people, including the children of a Sheikh cleric Leader sheikh Ibrahim El-Zakzaky, during a peaceful Muslim in usual annual procession on Zaria last year 26th July, 2014.

We the Muslims Against Terror are committed to helping the Nigerian government at all levels to bring peace in Nigeria, Africa and the rest of the world. Whatever we can do, as long as it is not against Islam.

We the Muslims Against Terror and other Muslims brothers wish to advise those Nigerians, particularly some “Northern politicians” who are (“Boko Haram” /ISIS”) Sympathizers, begging Nigerian to forgive “Boko Haram” or Islamic State West Africa (ISWA) also known as Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) after all their evil in Nigeria and west Africa, and negotiating for the Amnesty via freedom for the kidnappers, murders, killers, suicide bombers, Armed-robbers, cannibals, hat they are the enemy of Islam and humanity as a whole.

The actions of the Islamic extremists of “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and all affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorists organization has been predicted in the Quran at the “End Time” by the messenger of Allah prophet Muhammad (Peace and blessing be upon him).

All Muslims must abide by the “Sunnah” (teaching, practices) of the prophet, it is written in the Quran;

The prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) said, if he was here in the “End time” when these people are doing these barbaric acts, the prophet Muhammad (peace and blessing be upon him) will be the first to kill them himself.

“A people will come out at the “End of Time”, Immature, foolish and corrupt, they will hold the discourse of the best of creation and recite the Quran, but it will not past their throats. They will pass through religion (of Islam) the way an arrow passes through quarray, if you find them, kill them, for verily whoever kills them will have his reward for Allah in the Day of Judgment”! (sunnah of the prophet).

These are the “End times”  for all Muslims to join in global Jihad “(struggle) and denounce these Islamic state of Iraq and Syria (ISIS “BOKO HARAM) and affiliates to al-Qaeda terrorists organization.

May Allah give victory to those who stand truly for the way of the prophet (Blessing and peace be upon him). O Believers read this Book and take heed of its message. And all praise belongs to Allah, the Lord of the worlds.

Sheikh Abdullah bin Baygah said: we must declare war on war so the outcome will be peace upon peace.

They “Boko Haram,” “ISIS”, etc must be CRUSHED in Nigeria, Iraq, Syria, Kuwait, Tunisia, etc and the rest of the world.

Enough is enough of “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA)…. You will soon meet your doom! We will defeat “Boko Haram” Insha Allah (By God’s mighty Grace) in North-Eastern Nigeria, Chad, etc and the rest of the world.

We the Muslims Against Terror respect the Chadian government for sentencing 10 members of Nigeria- based Islamist Militant group “Boko Haram” or Islamic State of West Africa (ISWA) to death on terrorism charges in August of 2015.

We thank the government and people of Cameroon, Chad, Niger etc for committing their armed forces to the Multinational joint task force (MUJTF) to fight “Boko Haram.”

Nigeria Experiences Steady Drop After 40,000 Terror Deaths – US CFR Security Tracker

By Peregrino Brimah

Boko Haram related terror deaths are on a downward plunge. The United States coordinated terror-death tracker, the Nigeria Security Tracker (NST) has been recording terror-related deaths since the inception of the Goodluck Jonathan administration.

Goodluck Ebele Jonathan of the PDP party in Nigeria came into office as president in May of 2010. His reign which lasted till May of 2015 was marked with 40,000 terror related newspaper reported deaths, mostly from Boko Haram terror and military counter terror actions and also from increased sectarian terror events.

Nigeria Security Tracker (NST), a project of the Council on Foreign Relations’ Africa program is the only public viewable project that monitors deaths reported in Nigerian dailies.

It is important to note that the deaths are grossly under reported even in the NST, this is because the NST only counts deaths reported in Nigerian dailies which are very incomplete and through the reign of Boko Haram terror were unable to penetrate thousands of acres of Nigerian territory under command of Boko Haram. Estimates put the true figure of Boko Haram terror deaths at hundreds of thousands to over a million. Several mass graves have been discovered in recaptured territories. Boko Haram was on a well financed mission to claim the resource-rich land of the northeast without its people.

The Jonathan government was largely accused of shielding Boko Haram sponsors who he said he knew but refused to publicize. He is also recognized of supervising the plundering of over 20 billion dollars budgeted to equip the Nigerian army to secure Nigeria. The former administration also came under angry condemnation for wrecking the Nigerian army and supervising the systematic transfer of Nigerian military weapons, vehicles, armored carriers and funds to Boko Haram. Several failed and sham cease-fire deals saw the deliberate payment of millions of dollars directly to Boko Haram terrorists; military gear and state funds that were used to build rag-tag terrorists into the most deadly terrorist group in the world today according to global records.Screen Shot 2015-09-19 at 1.00.26 AM

Boko Haram has in addition to the over 40,000 deaths, in its pogrom targeting farmers in the nation’s resource-rich northeast, managed the displacement of over 3 million Nigerians, the second highest displacement in the world today with 1.4 million children reported displaced according to latest records.

New strategies including first and most importantly coordinating with Nigeria’s oft suspected neighbors and addressing their grievances to force them to stop allowing their States to be safe havens and retreat cum maneuver escape zones for terrorists under pressure, as well as the seeking of global cooperation and properly repositioning the army by the new Buhari/Osinbajo government has brought radical change to the fate of the Nigerian war against terror. With the relocation of the military headquarters to the affected northeast and new morale build up in the army with an army chief who actively participates in military actions, Nigeria has decidedly blocked Boko Haram supply routes, captured major terror suppliers and facilitators and forced the terrorists into a position of disorganization, hunger, immobility via lack of fuel supplies and lack of weaponry, leading to massive surrender and foreseeable defeat of the seemingly intractable terror agency.

Trade routes are being re-established, schools are reopening and life is slowly returning to the years-ravaged northeast.

What is largely left in the successful war, that Nigerians ask for, is for the Buhari government to unveil the sponsors of Boko Haram and bring them to book. Nigerians are confident that as fast as democratic systems permit, the new energized Department of State Security, DSS and larger National security department will soon finally let the world know who has been behind Boko Haram and why.

After six hopeless years, there seems to finally be hope for a nation desperate for peace, security and the semblance of order.

Before The First Eastern Bomb: Declare Radio Biafra A Terror Organization By Peregrino Brimah

We have seen this before. This is how Boko Haram started. This is how MEND started. But this may be potentially much worse. We have a terror leader freely utilizing modern media tools comfortably for way too long; sowing seeds of terrorism and death into the hearts of vulnerable Nigerian youth embittered after 30 years of PDP and the party founders’ plundering and destruction of Nigeria.

Listening to the publicly available archives from the past few days of the Radio Biafra show, since the deadly “shootout” at Onitsha on Sunday August 30th, one hears only the drums of war, or rather terror.

A caller calls-in and tells megalomaniacal Nnamdi Kanu, the radio host that he is ready to kill soldiers and their families. Another, Chinwendu calls-in from Abuja and tells the host that what he should do is give the order for Igbos in the Igbo states to start killing Hausa-Fulanis as a covert action; that this will precipitate a revenge in Nigeria (the zoo as they call it on the show) where the caller currently resides. The caller explains that “when they start killing us here it will cause the nation to erupt in chaos and this will make Igbos return to “Biafra-land.””

It is the type of chaos that has happened in Nigeria’s past and that some have suspected was triggered by Biafra zionists for the same reason–to push Igbos out of the rest of the country so they can fight for the secession from home. Even other terror in Nigeria has been suspected to be fueled by such mischievous persons with mission to cause chaos and trigger ethnic pogroms, Igbo exodus and a possible hate built secession.

Chukwuemeka Onyebuchi calls from Malaysia and discusses with host Nnamdi Kanu how they should be killing Nigerians one-for-one. “Blood to blood, fire to fire.” He asks them to start a secret strategic plan off the air waves.

Another Biafra zionist calls the host and tells him that he is technically trained and has been researching how to make deadly weapons for the past 20 years. He, a technician and engineering graduate says he can make microwave lasers that can destroy armored tanks. He says he has a host of other deadly friends who are all ready to wage war against Nigeria.

In the chilling audio recording of September 31st, a certain Uchechukwu Madueke in London’s Heathrow calls-in and tells Nnamdi that his brother who “spoke to Nnamdi yesterday” has left India for Nigeria and has promised to kill a random Hausa man. The caller who hails from Enugu says he knows his brother, Michael, that he will kill the Hausa person before he returns to India.

Listen to chilling clips from the broadcasts:
https://youtu.be/dM55jjM7n64
https://youtu.be/VcT-ZmjgPwQ

Nnamdi Kano continues to promote and promise these radio Biafran fanatics that he will meet them in secret as he travels the world and that soon they will “avenge” the deaths of “Biafrans.” Kanu says he will kill Nigerian soldiers for what they have done and “trigger the collapse of the Nigeria, ‘zoo'”. Nnamdi Kanu, the radio host freely travels around the world and incites Igbo youth against the Nigerian state.

Radio Biafra is live on short wave, on the internet and on phone Apps. The march in Onitsha on August 30th that turned deadly had hundreds of “Indigenous People of Biafra,” IPOB, participants. With the unscrupulous covert plans of Biafran zionists, it is highly plausible the protesters intentionally fired shots to trigger the chaos and deaths the group appears to desperately seek under the new government. It can be recalled Radio Biafra was in support of the Jonathan government and the former army chief, General Azubuike Ihejirika who has been accused of diverting army billions (USD) and allowed Boko Haram devastate the north of Nigeria.

It can also be recollected that the Oslo Norway terrorist, Anders Breivik in his manifesto detailed his support for pro-Biafran zionists. This Radio Biafra group may be more complicated and deadly than meets the eye.

In the past we have accused Nigeria’s former Chiefs of Security, NSA Aliyu Gusau and NSA Sambo Dasuki for deliberately ignoring the signs of Boko Haram and MEND and allowing these terror groups to establish and fester. We believe the current NSA is tuned in to the radio station and the nation’s intelligence department is tracking all these potential terrorists.

Radio Biafra must immediately be declared a terror organisation. The radio host must be internationally declared wanted for Interpol to arrest him. The Radio Biafra phenomenon cannot happen in any other country and it should not happen in ours. While the incident of August 30th must be investigated and justice must be served to all erring parties, this unfortunate event is not a reason for a declaration of terror on a sovereign nation, except by a lunatic mind who was hoping for and promoting such tragedy. Indeed Nnamdi Kanu aligned with Shekau in his September 31st broadcast, saying Boko Haram started out peacefully and that it was the Nigerian state that provoked them to arms as they have now provoked Radio Biafra.

The true grievances of Nigeria’s Igbos must be addressed in reasonable fashion including options for regionalism if intellectual referendum proves the true desire, however the unscrupulous young terrorists and terror minded bad eggs must not be condoned. We must not wait once again till the bombs start exploding uncontrollably in the East before we act. We trust President Buhari to handle this, perhaps first greatest test effectively and exigently.

The Successes and Excesses In Nigeria’s New War Against Terror By Peregrino Brimah

The order to crush Boko Haram by the end of the year is well intended and most appropriate, however it opens up reasons for concern based on history and as has been elucidated in recent reports.

We cannot lie to ourselves; we know the army. Nothing transformed over night. We love and support our troops, are compassionate about them and appreciate their gallantry and valor, however we realize that for 30 something odd years the Nigerian army has been deprived of proper training, equipment and standardization and this has led to a sub-optimal force.

In the middle of this time of trial for the army, Nigeria is being tested with one of the largest and the most deadly jungle and urban terror insurgencies in recent world history. The same decades starved, deprived, demoralized and undermined soldiers who were guilty of abuses in Jonathan’s era and were encouraged to a lack of professionalism are again largely at the forefront of the war against Boko Haram.

While Nigeria is rapidly transforming from the CHANGE the nation got with the election of Buhari and Osinbajo and their selections of new heads of service; we will be dishonest to say the army has completely transformed over night as we non combat preoccupied civilians ourselves are yet just struggling to learn what competence, integrity and patriotism mean. Some army commanders are expectedly still unprofessional and trigger eager while there are still frank saboteurs in the ranks.

A prominent…most prominent Borno son and elder Statesman and supporter of this revolution for CHANGE, Professor Kalifa Dikwa recently cried out to the army that his blood elder brother, his nephews and other male family members were summarily executed by some “military commanders” last week in his village, Katulbare in Dikwa. Dikwa was just liberated with 5000 captives freed. They were not surprisingly mostly women and children.

Recently, based on the reality of embedded Boko Haram terrorists, Cameroon deported thousands of displaced Nigerians. Our men are being killed by Boko Haram or by our army who are not able to determine if and which among them are terrorists hiding among civilians. This is a serious problem. In eagerness to fulfill the mission to defeat Boko Haram in record time, more such mistakes are predictable. We cannot afford to loose the men and support of locals in our war against terror.

While Nigeria has been criticized and reprimanded for military excesses, today things have changed, and there is a new regime that promises and has demonstrated repudiation for erring officers; however we cannot replace life and must work extra hard to prevent any unnecessary loss of innocent life in the complex theatre of war.

War is difficult, indeed no singular act is more betraying to the wars against terror than the US-Iraq loss of over 2300 US built armored Humvees to ISIS last June, which US republican front-runner, Donald Trump criticized in recent campaigns, an error or crime that belittles Nigeria’s worst atrocities, however there remains no excuse for giving an advantage to terror and annihilating life and support of the locals.

To this end, ENDS repeats its suggestion over the years that the overburdened and worn out Nigerian army must work hand in hand with civilians, the Civilian-JTF, hunters, vigilantes, ex-servicemen and other volunteers to properly achieve the quick defeat of Boko Haram. Indeed a Joda, Ribadu, Orasanye inclusive think-tank constituted by former president Olusegun Obasanjo recently agreed with our recommendations of Nigeria needing to work with these locals against Boko Haram. The problem of identifying Boko Haram terrorists hiding in local populations can best be tackled with locals participating at intelligence levels and the war front.

Our second recommendation which we understand is already in process is for the army to urgently and immediately acquire sophisticated intelligence tools and gadgets. Bomb detectors, gun-powder residue presumptive test kits and other intelligence tools should be made available to officers in the battle front to assist screening of citizens immediately.

Thirdly, we do believe the soldiers engaged in the war in the northeast are being rotated for quick courses in proper military ethics and professionalism. This should be sustained and prioritized.

Invoking A Meeting Of Muslims For A Comprehensive Plan To Crush ISIS – Muslims Against Terror

In September of 2014 Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah of the Forum for Promoting Peace in Muslim Societies issued a Fatwa against ISIS‘ violence. It is a comprehensive verdict that explicitly condemns virtually every principle of the bloody Middle East rooted ISIS/ISIL terrorist body. There is no true Muslim that does not realize that ISIS with their Asian and African arms which include the barbaric Boko Haram cult of West Africa, are deviant, misguided mischief makers who have been hoodwinked into an allegiance with Satan. There is no place for the maniacal behavior of ISIS, Boko Haram and other partners in the pure peaceful Islamic deen.

Unfortunately it is evident the United Nations is not particularly interested in taking any decisive step to check this radical menace that most significantly threatens Muslim habitations. In contrast to decisions made against relatively harmless and contained Saddam Hussein and Libya’s Gaddafi, the real and active ISIS menace has escaped UN attention. There is no defined coalition and declaration of war against the various ISIS strongholds across the Middle East, Asia and Africa. ISIS continues to sell oil freely and use the proceeds to build and enlarge its empire and bases across the world, within Muslim territories.

The Boko Haram branch of ISIS, otherwise known as Islamic State in West Africa, this January massacred over 2500 mainly Muslims in the fishing community of Baga in northeast Nigeria. ISIS is extremely deadly and has its sights on eliminating Muslims across the world and causing untold hardship. The organization is a sinister one with suspicious leaders who are analyzed to be agents of anti-Islamic covet agencies with a mission to destroy Islam and massacre Muslims from within. The prime target of ISIS, Boko Haram and its other arms is the annihilation of Muslim communities around the world. ISIS in Libya is growing so strong while NATO, The US and UN look the other way; it is an army that can terrorize and destabilize north and west Africa for decades. This is a major menace to Africa and a hot pot readying to explode. No one cares. Over 100,000 have already been massacred in Nigeria’s majorly Muslim north and the pogrom continues with 160 killed just last week in a single attack. Iraq is a mess, Libya is a mess, Nigeria’s predominantly Muslim north is a mess, Syria is a mess. What are we waiting for?

In view of the above, there is a desperate need for Muslims to act in the interest of their lives now and in the future. Muslim state organizations like the OIC, Organization of Islamic Countries have not fulfilled their obligations to be decisive in checking the ISIS terror menace. At this stage it is unfortunately recognized that the leaders of Muslim countries are either incapable or unwilling to take the urgent and necessary steps to intervene and decapitate this monster before it takes over. Muslim traditional leaders in countries have done too little; enjoying their temporary peace and freedom and have for too long not risen to this global threat that should be their top priority.

It is time for God-fearing Muslims and Muslim scholars around the world to gather together, hold internet and physical sessions and decide on a pathway to militarily and ideologically crush ISIS. It is time for the primary Muslim conversation to be concrete steps at checking and extinguishing ISIS.

Sheikh Bayyah said, “We must declare war on war so the outcome will be peace upon peace.”

The Muslims Against Terror organization in partnership with African People’s Union hereby impress it on Muslims who read this Press release to assemble via the internet and physically to plan a strategy against ISIS. This is a Muslim duty to humanity and to the Creator. You can email brother@MuslimsAgainstTerror.com to coordinate or for information on where meetings are being held.

We call on Al-Azhar, we call on Muslims in Pakistan, in India, in Iran, in Iraq in Lebanon, in Sudan, in Senegal, in Nigeria, in America and all over the world to participate. You may volunteer to fight, you may contribute financially, you may help with the ideological battle or your prayers may be your contribution; but one way or the other Muslims must all take a part in defeating this enemy of Islam. As the Quran advices, be united and you will succeed.

On the authority of Abu Sa’eed al-Khudree (may Allah be pleased with him) who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say, “Whosoever of you sees an evil, let him change it with his hand; and if he is not able to do so, then [let him change it] with his tongue; and if he is not able to do so, then with his heart — and that is the weakest of faith.” [Muslim]

Buhari Assures Military of Logistics for War on Terror

The President Muhammadu Buhari has assured the military that his government would provide the necessary logistics needed to successfully prosecute the on-going war against the Boko Haram Terrorists.

Speaking onbehalf of the President, the National Security Adviser (NSA), Major General Babagana Munguno (rtd) gave the reassurance during his visit to operational areas in the North-Eastern part of the country in the company of the Service Chiefs and Inspector General of Police.

While addressing officers and men of the Nigerian Air Force in Yola, General Monguno said: “I am telling you this, and you can take it as if it is coming from Mr President himself that you are going to be given everything you require, not only for the operation but for your personal welfare. This is an assurance I want to give you.”

Against the background of the recent Presidential directive to the Service Chiefs to defeat the Boko Haram Terrorist (BHT) group in 3-months, the NSA gave the purpose of the operational visit as to enable his team to assess the situation on ground and relate with the troops with a view to adequately identify and address observed challenges facing the troops.

Speaking further, the NSA noted that the NAF has brought a lot of noticeable improvements in the war against the terrorists due to the aerial support provided to the ground troops, hence he commended NAF personnel for their commitment and patriotism while urging them to keep the spirit high and to remain steadfast in their resolve to stand-up against the Boko Haram Terrorists.

The operational areas visited by the NSA and his team include Damaturu, Maiduguriand Yola in Borno, Yobe and Adamawa States.
