SSS Storms Nasir El-Rufai’s Residence
The Nigerian State Security Service (SSS) on Friday stormed the residence Deputy National Secretary of the All Progressives Congress (APC) following his refusal to appear at the Headquarters of the agency in Abuja.
This was revealed by his son, Mohammed Bello on his twitter page. (See below)
El-Rufai was however discovered to have gone for Jumu’ah (Friday Prayers), but the operatives promised to return.
The SSS had Thursday invited the former FCT minister to appear at its headquarters to clarify the statement, where he was quoted to have said that, “The next election is likely to be violent and many people are likely going to die. And the only alternative left to get power is to take it by force, this is the reality on the ground.”

But El-Rufai shortly after the invitation was made public said that he’d not honour the invitation without an arrest warrant as required by law.
El-Rufai’s decline of the invitation was contained in his tweets Thursday evening.
