Reckless Driving, Impatience, Get Quick Rich, Major Causes Of Road Crash, Says FRSC
The Anambra State Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC, Mr. Sunday Ajayi, has said that reckless driving, impatience and get quick rich syndrome were major causes of road crashes during festivities.
Mr. Ajayi was speaking at a press briefing to begin the 2017 Road Safety Week with the theme, “Slow Down, Save a Life”at the command’s headquarters in Awka, the Anambra State capital.
He pleaded with the public to make safety their watch-word.
“People should stop this idea of alluding rampant accidents during the Ember month to spiritual forces. It is not true. reckless drivers and impatience commuters are responsible. They are always in a hurry to make huge returns,” he stated.
