Property Worth £2m Allegedly Owned By Ex-Airforce Chief, Amosu Uncovered In London
A £2m Property allegedly owned by a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu (retd.) has been uncovered In London.
The discovery was said to have been made by Denisaurus News and the pictures shared on the official twitter handle of the All Progressives Congress in the United Kingdom, @APCUKingdom.
It is however unclear if the latest discovery is the same property the EFCC traced to Amosu in 2016. The EFCC had said a £3.2m London Mansions were traced to Amosu, Adigun
Amosu, who is currently standing trial before a Federal High Court for allegedly stealing N22.8bn from the coffers of the Nigerian Air Force between 2014 and 2015 allegedly purchased and paid £2m cash for the house in the name of James Oladele Adigun, who is the 35-year old son of now retired AVM Jacob Adigun.
Incidentally, AVM Adigun, a former Chief of Accounts and Budgeting in the Nigerian Air Force together with a former Director of Finance and Budget, Air Commodore Olugbenga Gbadebo (retd.) are also standing trial in connection with the stealing of the N22.8bn Amos is being prosecuted for.
This development is coming barely one day after reports that the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has handed over a hospital worth about $2.15m belonging to a former Chief of Air Staff, Air Marshal Adesola Amosu (retd.) to the Nigerian Air Force.
