PHOTOS: Policeman Caught On Camera Smoking Indian Hemp and Another Drinking Beer

The last time I checked, India hemp is still an illegal substance in Nigeria and attract various degrees of punishment if found in your possession.

Now Imagine that a law enforcement officer who is supposed to be checking the use of this illegal substance is himself a victim of its use.

That is the hallmark that has been associated with the Nigerian Police. Their unprofessional conduct is nothing to write home about.

In two separate incidences, the men below who are officers of the Nigerian Police and probably on duty are seen smoking indian hemp and drinking Alcohol.
