PDP Convention: Bode George Vows To Return Party To Aso Rock If Elected Chairman
Ahead of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) national convention set to hold in Abuja, a chieftain of the party from the South-West region, Chief Bode George, has vowed to ensure the party wins the 2019 presidential election if elected as Chairman.
Bode George said this while formally Declaring to his intention to run as the next chairman of the PDP.
His speech titled; “A new path. A new beginning”. Bode George said his intention to contest the National Chairmanship position is to rescue and position the party to regain power.
He further promised to mend fences and heal old wounds for all to attain the collective aspiration of the once ruling party. Fridays declaration attracted big wigs from the PDP across the country especially from his south west base.
