Osun Election: Aregbesola Publicly Exposes Alleged Rigging Plan of the PDP
Osun State Governor, Ogbeni Rauf Aregbesola on Tuesday publicly exposed an alleged plan by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to rig the August 9 governorship election in the state.
The governor who spoke at the mega rally of the All Progressives Congress (APC), in Oshogbo to formally wind down his electioneering campaign in preparation for the election said there are two thin wires in Ballot paper that will be used for the election.
He explained that the two thin wires that are embedded on ballot papers are meant to void the votes of the APC while votes will be recorded for the PDP.
The governor who said the same tactics is what was used to rigged the June 21 governorship election in Ekiti State, demonstrated how to foil the alleged rigging plan of the PDP.
This expose by the governor is coming barely 24 hours after hisEkiti State counterpart, Governor Kayode Fayemi said they have discovered how INEC rigged the Ekiti election.
Ogbeni explained that to void this PDP evil plan, all that needs to be done is to identify where the APC logo is on the ballot paper, after which the voter would count three logos of other parties at the top of the APC logo upward and then fold the ballot paper on the 3rd logo of the other party. He added that the same process will be repeated for the down side of the ballot paper as the voter will also count three logos of other parties downward and then fold the ballot paper there too before finally thumb printing the ballot paper for the APC logo.
Ogbeni explained that folding the ballot paper will break any thin wire inside it and automatically foil the plan to render the votes of the APC invalid while it will be recorded for the PDP.
