Oshiomhole Calls For Support Of Enhanced New Minimum Wage For Workers

National Chairman of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC), Comrade Adams Oshiomole, says both the Federal and State Governments have no right to deny workers an enhanced new National Minimum Wage.
Oshiomhole said his position as Chairman of the party of the government in power will not prevent him from taking sides with the Nigeria labour movement.
Oshiomole was speaking at a reception in honour of the newly elected World President of the International Trade Union Congress, and President of the Nigeria Labour Congress, Ayuba Wabba.
Oshiomole joined other labour leaders to advise Wabba to sell to the international community the good qualities of the Nigerian worker and to attract investment to the country.
Wabba is the first black to be elected President of the international body with over 300 workers unions.
