NASS Staff, Lawmakers Provide Security for Speaker Aminu Tambuwal [PHOTOS]

Members of staff of the National Assembly and lawmakers from both the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and the All Progressives Congress (APC), provided security for the speaker of the House of Representatives, Honourable Aminu Tambuwal, who Thursday presided over the sitting of the House despite attempt by security forces to stop him.

The Speaker, shortly after presiding over the sitting of the House which adjourned until December 3, was accompanied out of the House chamber by Senators and House of Reps members when he made a beirf stop at the Senate chamber.

While he was in the chamber, staffs of the complex provided security for his car parked outside.

As soon as he made his way out of the Senate Chamber, hundreds of staff of the complex as well as the lawmakers saw him off to his car chanting sai Tambuwal.

The lawmakers insisted on walking with the speakers car to his residence to ensure his safety.
