Jonathan, PDP Govs, Reps Members Plot Tambuwal’s Impeachment In Closed Door Meeting
President Goodluck Jonathan, some PDP governors and some principal officers of the House of Representatives on the platform of the party yesterday held a closed door meeting with the leadership of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), to chart a hitch-free impeachment plot against the Speaker of the House, Aminu Waziri Tambuwal.
The president also drafted the controversial Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Mr Bello Mohammed Adoke to the closed door meeting into a closed door meeting to participate in the plot.
A source at the meeting said the essence of drafting Adoke into the meeting is to brief him on how get a pliable high court judge who will give an order anytime next week asking Tambuwal to vacate the seat of Speaker.
Those at the meeting include the party’s National Chairman, Adamu Mu’azu, Chairman of PDP Governors’ Forum and Akwa-Ibom state governor, Godswill Akpabio, governors of Bayelsa, Henry Seriake-Dickson, Benue, Gabriel Suswam, Gombe, Ibrahim Dankwambo’s and their Enugu counterpart, Sullivan Chime, Deputy Speaker of the House, Emeka Ihedioha, Deputy Leader of the House, Leo Ogor, Chairman, House Committee on Health, Ndudi Elumelu amongst others.
