Governor Danbaba Suntai Arrives Abuja, Heads for Taraba Plus Video
After spending nearly a year in an oversea hospital where he received treatment for injuries he sustained in an air crash he piloted on October 25 2012, Taraba state governor, Danbaba Suntai, has finally arrived Nigeria.
The ailing Governor arrived the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport, Abuja, some few minutes past 1:00PM aboard a chartered jet was assisted to disembark from the plane before he was driven in a Land Cruiser SUV to the VIP section of the airport.
On hand to receive the Governors at the airport are some stalwarts of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) led by former Minister of Information, Professor Jerry Gana.
The Governor Spent about 20 minutes at the VIP lounge of the airport before boarding another plane heading for Jalingo, the state capital.
Suntai was seen seated in-between some government and party officials looking and occasionally smiling as journalists took his photograph.
