Ganduje Vs Kwankwaso: ‘We Have Parted Ways With Kwankwasiyya Forever,’ Says Kano Gov
There seems to be no end to the political face off between former Governor of Kano State, Senator Rabiu Kwankwaso, and his successor, Dr. Abdullahi Ganduje as the latter announced on Wednesday that he has “parted ways with Kwankwasiyya forever”
Ganduje, at a function in Kano lamented the coordinated attacks against his leadership at the inception of his government.
He said, “We have had enough of such a vendetta, which had been raging with no end in sight. We have parted ways with Kwankwasiyya forever.
“They have erroneously believed and have been telling people that we are on the road to losing our seat in the 2019 general election. I find such a permutation laughable and a mere ranting of a wounded lion.”
Recall that Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN), recently led a delegation to reconcile the warring parties with the aim of restoring unity and peace in the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.
