Foreign Affairs Ministry Releases Emergency Phone Numbers, Email Address For Nigerians In Libya
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, has released emergency phone numbers and email addresses for Nigerians living in Libya.
The phone number and email addresses the ministry said are available for Nigerians in Libya who may wish to contact the Embassy of Nigeria in that country for assistance.
This development is believed to be part of government’s effort to render assistance to Nigerians in the country which has became a hotbed for slavery.
Several Nigerians according to reports have been sold to slavery in recent past, with many of them dead as a result of hardship killed by Libyan militias.
