VIDEO: Multiple Thumb Printing Of Ballot Papers For APC In Kano’s LGA Election

The Local Government elections in Kano State held throughout the 44 local govt areas of the state.

But while residents of the various LGAs filed out to caste their votes, some hired thugs in Masama Ward, Tarauni Local Government Area of the state were busy thumb printing Ballot papers.

From the photograph below, it is clear that the thumb printing was done for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state.

Video Footage Of Robbery Operation At AYM Filling Station In Abuja

While others slept, some hoodlums in Apo broke into AYM Filling Station located in Apo, just beside Shoprite in Abuja.
After gaining entrance through the window, the four robbers ransacked and destroyed some valuables and broke their way out through the door.

VIDEO: President Buhari Arrives Nigeria From London

Presidential jet carrying President Muhammad Buhari finally landed this morning (Friday) at 07.41hours.

As soon as the plane landed, the President was moved into a waiting Chopper that airlifted him straight to the Presidential Villa, Abuja, where Ministers and other top government officials have been waiting at the Aso Rock Helipad to receive him.

VIDEO: Ibori Arrives Country Home To A Tumultuous Crowd

Former Delta State governor, James Ibori arrived Nigeria today from the United Kingdom after after nearly seven years in detention.

After spending some hours at the Headquarters of the Department of State Security Services (DSS), whose operatives picked him upon hi arrival from the UK, Ibori left Abuja enroute Benin airport to his country home.

As soon as news reached most of his supporters, including top politicians that he was arriving hime, they relocated to Oghara, his country home.

People lined up both sides of the road, singing and dancing. Different groups had their own style of celebration.

As he entered the town, security operatives had difficult task making way for him to alight from his car.

VIDEO: Security Man Caught On Camera Stealing Phones From Kogi Govt House

Aliyu Musa, a security man who had come to the Kogi Staff Government House, Venue of the Staff Verification Committee meeting where he is expected to have himself screened in the ongoing exercise, but he ended up stealing the phones of some staff of the seat of power.

Well, luck ran out of him as the security camera mounted in and around the government house premises gave him up. He has since been handed over to the police.

VIDEO: Another Version Of Gov Ajimobi’s Encounter With LAUTECH Students Emerges

Another video of the encounter between Oyo State Governor, Abiola Ajimobi, and protesting students of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology has been released by the governor’s Special Adviser on Communication and Strategy, Yomi Olayinka.

The video was released in response to an earlier video of the encounter that showed the governor criticising the students and telling them to do whatever they wanted to do.

The second video, which has also gone viral, showed the governor asking the students to listen to him, but he was repeatedly interrupted.

VIDEO: How Ghanaian President, Akufo-Addo Plagiarised Speech Of 3 Ex-US Presidents

President of Ghana, Nana Akufo-Addo, who was sworn in yesterday lifting of parts of the speeches of US Presidents Bill Clinton and George W Bush in his inaugural speech on Saturday.

Although, he has since apologised for the blunder, video clips of how it happened have since been circulating in the media.

In the first clip, Bush said: “I ask you to be citizens. Citizens not spectators; citizens not subjects. Responsible citizens building a community of service and a nation of character.”

Akufo-Addo said the same thing with a minor adjustment. “I ask you to be citizens. Citizens not spectators; citizens not subjects. Responsible citizens building your communities and our nation.”

In the second, Clinton said: “Though our challenges are fearsome, so are our strengths. Americans  have ever been a restless, questing,  hopeful people.  And we must bring to our task today the vision and will of those who came before us.”

Akufo-Addo’s utterances were similar: “Though our challenges are fearsome, so are our strengths. Ghanaians  have ever been a restless, questing,  hopeful people.  And we must bring to our task today the vision and will of those who came before us.”

The video clip below shows how the Nigerian airforce and the army entered the dreaded Sambisa forest in Borno State.

The video also shows fleeing Boko Haram Terrorists from Camp Zero, Sambisa Forest following Air bombardment and storming of the camp by troop.

While the fleeing terrorists could have been taken out from by the air, Theatre Commander of Operation Lafiya Dole, Major General Leo Irabor, said the terrorists used civilians as human shield while fleeing therefore preventing air strikes.

Video: Gambian Ruler Jammeh Calls, Concedes Defeat To President-elect, Barrow

Gambian ruler Yayah Jammeh has conceded defeat to rival Adama Barrow after the presidential polls.

Gambia’s electoral commission says opposition candidate Adama Barrow won an upset victory in the country’s presidential poll, beating longtime ruler Jammeh after 22-year reign.

The Independent Electoral Commission announced on Friday that Barrow won 263,000 votes, or 45 percent of the total, while Jammeh took 212,000 votes, about 36 percent. A third candidate, Mama Kandeh, won 17 percent.

President Muhammadu Buhari has reiterated that he is in charge of his administration, saying there can only be one head of a country, and at the moment, he is the one.

In an interview with The Osasu Show, Buhari described reports of overbearing influence on him by some individuals as mere speculations.

Asked to react to a report that “Alhaji Mamman Daura is the true president, while he’s the unofficial vice-president”, he said: “I don’t know where they get their news from.

 “I stood for the election, I visited every local government in Nigeria, I travelled by road, by air, and so on, and we had one of the most credible election. So whoever feels he has lost somehow is his own problem, I have no problem.”

Weeks after the interview was granted, Aisha Buhari made headlines for insinuating that her husband’s government had been hijacked.
