President Muhammadu Buhari and national leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu are said to be locked in a meeting at the presidential villa in Abuja.
Buhari and the APC leader entered into a meeting after the president played host to some leaders of the party. In attendance at the APC leaders meeting are Senate President Bukola Saraki, Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara and Chairman of the party, Chief John Oyegun amongst others.
Details of the meeting with Tinubu remains sketchy, but sources said the APC leader came to see the president after returning to the country last night.
