President Muhammadu Buhari, on Friday, met leaders of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN), behind closed doors at the Presidential Villa in Abuja.
The CAN delegation was led by its President, Rev. Samson Olasupo Ayokunle.
In attendance were Vice President Yemi Osinbajo (SAN), National Security Adviser, Maj. Gen. Babagana Mongonu and some cabinet members.
The meeting may be unconnected with CAN’s recent assertion that President Buhari is planning to islamize the country.
