A Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has delivered a ruling to serve Anambra State Governor, Willie Obiano, through substituted means on a prayer asking him to stop parading himself as the governorship candidate of the All Progressive Grand Alliance (APGA).
The Anambra state gubernatorial election has been scheduled to hold on November 18 at wards across the state.
