Apostle Suleman Released After Appearing At DSS Office With Two Governors
The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries Worldwide, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has been released from the headquarters of the Department of State Services (DSS) in Abuja.
Suleman had arrived the agency’s office at 7:45 pm, several hours after the scheduled time in the company of two governors, who did not want to be named.
He was subsequently interrogated and allowed to leave after the interrogation.
The DSS had invited Suleman to its office over an alleged inciting sermon he delivered in his church.
During the sermon, Suleman asked his church members to kill and cut of the head of any fulani herdsmen seen lurking around because he learnt they were after him.
The DSS thereafter invited him for questioning after a failed attempt to arrest him at his hotel room in Ekiti state, but for the intervention of Governor Ayodele Fayose, who came to his rescue.
After its failed attempt to arrest the preacher, the DSS then asked him to report to its office in Abuja at 10am on Monday.
