Access, GTBank Directors Meet Over Financial Result, Dividend

The Board of Directors of Access Bank Plc and Guaranty Trust Bank Plc are set to meet to ratify their financial results and also determine what the ordinary shareholders of the banks will get as dividend for the financial year ended December 31, 2016.
Both banks have notified the Nigerian Stock Exchange (NSE) that their Board meeting will hold on January 26th and 25th respectively.
Meanwhile, Access Bank has declared January 4, 2017 as its closed period which means no person directly or indirectly connected to the bank will be able to transact any business on its shares during the Closed period.
