14 Days to Children Day; Do We Celebrate Without Our Missing Sisters?, By Korede Adebisi
Having been mute for so long and unhappy concerning our sisters who were kidnapped by the terrorist sect.(Boko Haram) and the cause of my unhappiness drives down to the fact that I can do nothing in this case, since I have not the machinery to go and rescue my dear sisters who have been use as a scapegoatism by the terrorist section.
The situation At hand is not only a tragic bladderdash but a catastrophic blaspheme. As we all know that the children are the future leaders of tommorow, I salute and appreciate the doggedness and the active role the President have taken in this course but am just like oliver twist, who will always ask for more from the president to ensure and sees to how our sisters will be back.
I feel happy seeing people of different tribes from the country and even in diaspora protesting by showing their solidarity to our sisters. Then I heaved a sigh of relief that indeed Nigeria shall be great again.
We call on all meaning Nigerians, to please provide with any information or intelligence that might help the search for our sisters before CHILDREN DAY as there is nothing worth celebrating in CHILDREN DAY without our missing 200+ sisters. Any useful information should be forwarded as a mail to email@example.com adding ‘Nigeria
abductions’ in the subject line.
Nevertheless, the emergence of the terrorist group(Boko Haram)which has been in full operation even before the inception of the president and over the years have grown wing and become a problem to the country. We implore the president to use his goodwill and office to see to an end of boko haram and eradicate it completely by equipping our forces and if need be seek help from other countries to eradicate the terrorist section.
While we have lost thousands of innocent souls to the terrorist group and also with the emergence of our missing sister I asked
What do we want to celebrate in the history of Nigeria on May 27, the Children Day?
